Proficiency Test Parameters
A sample of pasta-cereals (fresh pasta) will be sent. The data indicated are based on the expected, usual ranges found in previous tests, typical of commercial products. The Reference Value will be obtained as the Consensus Value of the participants, if this is safe. Otherwise, the origin of the aforementioned value (previous value, addition or expert laboratory) will be informed.
The distribution of parameters, and thus the number or amount of sample containers may vary slightly from those shown in the original design, guaranteeing the necessary or equivalent amount for the test
