Proficiency Test Parameters
Three different samples of virgin olive oil will be distributed in order to perform the analysis of them according to the Implementation Regulation (EU) 1227 -2016 of July 27, 2016 amending Regulation (EEC) 2568/91 on the characteristics of olive oils and olive-pomace oils and their methods of analysis.
The distribution of parameters, and thus the number or amount of sample containers may vary slightly from those shown in the original design, guaranteeing the necessary or equivalent amount for the test.
