In these, when necessary, we verified their initial contamination level anf, if necessary reference strains will be added to ensure the Detection/No detection, or desired levels, as appropriate. The reference value is obtained as the consensus value of the participants, whether it is safe. Otherwise, we will inform about the origin of that value.
The distribution of parameters, and thus the number or amount of sample containers may vary slightly from those shown in the original design, guaranteeing the necessary or equivalent amount for the test.
